Brian Rose and Nic Gabriel talk real about their journey through life in London. They discuss the recent passing of Steve Jobs and the effects he had on the world, how getting out of your comfort zone is the hardest and most necessary thing for humans to do, and the essential nature of meditation in their lives.

“The five biggest breakthroughs of your life will come from the five hardest events you’ve been through. Growth requires discomfort.” – Nic Gabriel

Sorry can’t help but to capture these 52:40 “Sometimes when people are at their least lovable, is when they need the most love” – That one went deep.

You guys are coming up with such golden nuggets on this one. Would of love to have been part of the conversation.
45:20 “Where did I come from, where did my conciousness come from and where is it going?…and why is it here?”.
48:00 “You show your faith by the way you live”
Really resonating stuff.

Wow what Nic just said at 12.45 about his theory of this life reminded me of a C. S. Lewis quote “You don’t have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.” It’s like this life is just a test.

And you just confirmed it Nic at 32:30 “We are spiritual beings having a human experience”

Covered a lot of ground in there! Commodore Vic20 to todays machines, and Steve Jobs (but you didn’t mention Atari!?)I started on the Atari 800XL then 500ST.

“The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle was a good read. (As mentioned by Nic) – but I found Mooji (on youtube) to be a step up. After that, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance made a lot more sense.

This was a great start.
